The Zulu name for the town is eNdlovana which means the Place of the Little Elephants
The school was started in 1991 as one of the first multi-racial and creed schools.
Little Elephant is teaching children that everyone is a part of an inclusive community
Little Elephants grow into a community where everyone matters.
Little Elephant is self funding and grows only with help from friends.
